By Daniella Von Santos and Tracy Brooks

Makylie Mackungie, previously a 23-year-old nursing student, first made headlines after she was caught injecting newborn babies with saline instead of vaccines. Her defense, which sparked international outrage from the medical community, is that she does not believe in the political implications of vaccines.

By the time Miss Mackungie’s anti-vaccination efforts were discovered, she had already injected close to twenty thousand children with her homemade saline. Her ultimate downfall was watering down her saline solution, which sent several children into hypotonic shock, ultimately resulting in their deaths. Additionally, the rudimentary diseases which she was supposed to be administering vaccines for, chicken pox, measles, whooping cough, even polio, have had multiple outbreaks in the area.

Mackungie had been working at a vaccination clinic at the University of Alabama where she falsely injected the children of low-income and working-class families. The Judge overseeing her case, the honorable Horatio Havermeyer, made a point to vilify Miss Mackungie for using her position as a medical student to target working-class families. Her initial charges were for medical malpractice, tampering with evidence, and five counts of manslaughter. She was held without bail leading up to her trial.

Since her arrest, hundreds of families have come forward to report Makylie for falsely injecting their child. In addition to not vaccinating a single patient, Makylie also infected a couple hundred babies with hepatitis B after deciding to reuse needles and clean them in her dishwasher. Manslaughter charges have been pouring in ever since. State prosecutors claimed that they have enough evidence to lock her up for a hundred lifetimes. But they were determined to give her the death penalty. In a written statement issued to the public, the district attorney claimed:

“A lethal injection seems like the most fitting punishment.”

Despite the one-sided trial, there are still people divided over this issue. There are several anti-vax groups online protesting for her release. In the medical community, she is the anti-Christ. Among conservative extremists, she is a hero. The Proletariat Press reached out to Makylie’s parents, a pair of luxury real estate agents from Massachusetts. Lori and Victor Mackungie elected not to release a statement about their daughter’s crimes.

To get a look inside the mind of the Anti-Vax killer, The Proletariat Press was granted an exclusive interview with Makylie shortly before she was sentenced to death row. Owner and chief editor of The Proletariat Press, Daniella Von Santos, traveled all the way to Alabama to conduct the interview with her political protégé, Tracy Brooks. They went into a rural county jail to meet with a woman described as a “cold-blooded killer who wore a smile to do the devil’s work” by previous coworkers.

Daniella and Tracy sat down with the killer with a wall of reinforced glass separating them. Still, the gravity of the situation was great enough to frighten Tracy into silence. Daniella conducted the interview while Tracy took notes.

(This interview has been edited to suit a mobile format)

D: Good afternoon, Makylie, how are you?

M: (lights a cigarette before responding) I’m fine. They haven’t tried poisoning me in a little while.

D: Who tried to poison you?

M: I don’t know, the government, the establishment media? Maybe it was you.

D: Don’t be ridiculous. How have they tried to poison you?

M: They keep trying to stick me with shit, but I’m not standing for it. First, it was a flu shot, now every month their trying to stick some poison up my vagina. I can’t trust this jail; so, I choose to free bleed, rather than take any chances with their toxic tampons.

D: (tries to ask a question but is quickly talked over.)

M: They think they can threaten me with a diaper if I won’t use tampons, but I call their bluff every time. I’m still an American, I have rights, and I’m gonna continue to free bleed and rub it all over the walls, because this place is a shithole, they’re trying to poison me, and everyone oughta know.

D: I’m sorry to hear that. How is the food?

M: The food’s pretty good. They make a decent mac n’ cheese every Wednesday, so I can’t complain.

D: That’s nice. Are you ready to leave though? Are you prepared for your trial to end?

M: Of course I am. Once Donald Trump is restored as President, he’s going to pardon me and award me the congressional medal of honor. I know he will. Several of the prison guards have told me they support my cause, inmates too.

D: You know that the state prosecutors are seeking the death penalty. Doesn’t that worry you at all?

M: The district attorney is a hater. He’s just another brainwashed libtard that’s too scared to face the truth. (Makylie sits back and crosses her arms) You should know, you seem like one too.

            D: Am I a hater or a libtard?

M: Probably both. One of my professors tried to make me read one of your articles when I first got to college, but I couldn’t. It was a whole bunch of lies. I bet you two have been working overtime to see what lies you can publish about me. (Shakes her head with a crazed look in her eyes.)

D: I promise you; we only want to publish the truth.

M: Then I’ll tell you the truth. I injected 20,000 little babies with a saline solution I made in my toilet bowl, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat because vaccines are poison. Our healthcare system is horrendous. The fact that I could inject so many babies with bathwater proves that you never know what’s in a vaccine needle, probably trash.

            (End of interview)

After telling us how she really felt, Makylie would not respond to any further questioning. She decided to glare at us through the glass for the remainder of our time together, until a guard forcibly escorted her away. Here at The Proletariat Press, we never condone any act of violence, but it is very clear that Makylie Mackungie is a remorseless, cold-blooded killer that should be put down like a feral animal.
